'Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto has unveiled new reforms, including changes to the country’s tax system, despite public opposition to the plan.
Nieto introduced changes to Mexico’s social programs, including a tax system overhaul, on Sunday. “(The reforms) will help reduce the high level of inequality between Mexicans,” Pena Nieto said in a speech. “Those who make more will pay more and those who have less will have more benefits.”'
